At the end of 2021, I joined Got It, and had the opportunity to contribute to the process of building and refreshing the brand image, creating the products that was deeply infused with technology while still preserving the unique identity of Got It. This resulted in a tech product that is not only modern but also emotional, fostering connections between businesses and customers, as well as between users themselves

Problem
Although Got It is a technology company founded in 2015, its overall logo, color system, typography, and identity do not truly align with current design trends or the technological nature of its products.
Therefore, refreshing the branding promises to bring a new wave of energy and a fresh perception to users, better reflecting the essence of the product.

Direction solution
My strategic direction involves adopting Bai Jamjuree (a Google Font) as Got It's signature typeface. Moreover, by implementing design refinements to the original font, I aim to inject a stronger sense of technology and minimalism into the complete font system for the Got It brand. This approach will serve as a foundational element, allowing for its extensive and consistent use throughout Got It's subsequent design initiatives.

Re-design logo and brand identity
The logo was redesigned following the new design language, while still retaining the gift box imagery and overall layout of the old logo. This ensures the new logo maintains a familiar identity but also creates a sense of novelty, better aligning with the brand's technological characteristics. A design direction that is youthful, dynamic, creative, and minimalist was also applied to the brand identity system.

Brand guidelines
To ensure consistent brand building, management, and growth, establishing Brand Guidelines is an essential undertaking for a well-established brand like Got It. These guidelines have greatly streamlined the collaboration between the design team and other key stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, partners, customers, and suppliers.

TVC for the Tet 2024 campaign
In this TVC, I participated in and was responsible for art direction, led the team in developing ideas and creating the storyboard, collaborated with the agency on recording the music track, oversaw the motion execution, and ultimately, I was responsible for the quality and final approval.

And the calendar
Beyond the TVC for the 2024 Tet campaign, the design team and I also designed a calendar for Got It's partners and suppliers. This calendar aims to showcase Got It's ecosystem, including Got It (Gifting), Scan It (Reward), and Buzz It (Loyalty). Additionally, it incorporates a series of small games that will run throughout the year as a token of appreciation for the brands and suppliers who have partnered with Got It over the years.

The Board of Directors (BOD) has given very positive feedback. The Sales Team has also received positive responses from partners and customers after the brand image was updated
The Marketing Team (MKT) has optimized interactions and related costs more effectively
Following the completion of Got It's branding refresh, all of Got It's products were also redesigned, naturally adhering completely to the Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency from the brand to the product level. You can refer to Got It Product for more details.
