The challenge

The client wants to position Bluewise as a parent company, with separate services corresponding to individual sub-brands. Therefore, we need to carefully consider how to structure the brand architecture to accurately achieve the business objectives.


There are four common brand architecture models: sub-brands, endorsed brands, house of brands, and branded house.

The strategy

After discussions and consultations, along with reviewing common market case studies like Coca-Cola, P&G, Virgin, FedEx, BBC and Google, the client and I have agreed that the most suitable brand architecture is Branded House.

The logo

The logo is a combination of elements such as transoceanic, transcontinental, embodying connection, sharing, dedication, along with the message of exchange, and ultimately, flexible solutions across diverse fields. Blue and teal are used as the two primary colors, with the lighter shade of teal representing leadership, guidance, and direction.
