Beyond leading to refreshing Got It's branding, I am also responsible for the significant mission of redesigning all of Got It's product offerings: the website, voucher links (wap-app), and the mobile app. The key objectives for these redesigns are to maintain brand consistency, showcase the technological aspects of the products, and deliver an enhanced user experience.

Branding was refreshed, and the language design was renovated for all products: website, voucher link (web app), and mobile app.

Voucher links (wap-app)

Given the extremely complex voucher structure, my team and I are tasked with creating a smart new design to simplify management, updates, and maintenance. This design will ultimately include more than 500 screens, covering three primary voucher types with nine customizable variations and supporting more than ten brand groups.

Transformation to the Got It app

After refreshing the website design and voucher links (web-app), the team and I continued to design the mobile app, a central management tool that helps users easily manage all Got It vouchers in one place.


Because the voucher links interface is a mobile web application (wap-app) and Got It is a mobile app for managing these vouchers, the design team and I were able to utilize quite a few design components from voucher links overall. Naturally, we needed to adapt a fair amount, but thanks to the consistent design language, we significantly optimized resources and time during the Got It app development process.

After refreshing the website design and voucher links (web-app), the team and I continued to design the mobile app, a central management tool that helps users easily manage all Got It vouchers in one place.


Because the voucher links interface is a mobile web application (wap-app) and Got It is a mobile app for managing these vouchers, the design team and I were able to utilize quite a few design components from voucher links overall. Achievements

  1. The Board of Directors (BOD) has given very positive feedback. The Sales Team has also received positive responses from partners and customers after the brand image was updated

  2. The Marketing Team (MKT) has optimized interactions and related costs more effectively

  3. The Product Team and Design Team has optimized working process more than 30%

  4. 92% of survey respondents gave positive feedback on changes in the image of vouchers, products, and the product usage/experience process.

  5. A good revenue growth was recorded in both 2022 and 2023, along with an expansion in the network of customers and partners.
